Glad I am not the only one who hates how they ruin homes on HGTV. That idiot David Sanded and PAINTED, yes PAINTED with white paint, a custom made butcher block dining room table WHITE. I have a Degree in Carpentry and Cabinetry. I made a table like that and put 16 coats of Lacquer on it. You NEVER paint natural wood. NEVER. They always paint the rooms tacky yellow, green or purple or red. And the idiots call Knotty Pine “70′s imitation paneling.” OMG. They also take the tv out of the rooms. DUH..HGTV is a TV show right? the only good show is Holmes on Homes..

How is it that an HGTV junkie like myself has escaped the horrors of Constance Ramos and her “design show” (term used very loosely). How is this not a joke? More importantly, who is she sleeping with in order to keep Color Correction on the air?

Wow–I am so glad I am not alone with my feelings on that show. I haven’t liked anything she does either! It’s terrible!!! I saw that episode you pictured, too, and I thought it looked like a cheap hotel room. And what was with that sliding door cover? Yuck!

And I agree with Julie…Candice Olsen is my favorite. I just wish you didn’t have to live in Canada to get her to do your house!
