No more ranting

My last post didn’t go off so well, so I’m doing another quickie here to push the last one down the page. It’s beautiful out today, but pretty cold. 32 right now, the weather says. We’re supposed to get some snow tomorrow. Of course we were supposed to get some snow the last few days. Salt Lake City got about 8 inches. We got barely a skiff. We’ll see how this next one goes.

I think the sicknesses are on the downward slope now. We’ll probably get out and look at some more homes this coming weekend. The girls are looking forward to it, I’m sure.

  1. Glad you are feeling better. I don’t think it was your fever that led you to write about the expense of war. I too admire those coming home and still going. Who I don’t admire is a president and the country’s leadership that seem afraid to say enough is enough.

While we won’t agree on how the money saved should be spent, we do agree on the waste that is spent on a daily basis.

One more thing, I know it is frustrating but think about government as local and those that are local don’t have pacs. They depend on people like you that are willing to tell them what you think. Utah County had some pretty stupid legislators this session. I wrote to them but it would have been more effective coming from you. Someone who lives in their districts.

Next session, I will get you going on that.

Moab is beautiful and sunny. Yesterday we took our new kayaks out for a “spin”.

    love,
