The NBA can go pound sand

Not much else to say tonight. We’ve actually had a few people contact us saying they’re suffering withdrawals from our lack of posting. Sincere apologies for that. There’s too much and nothing going on at the same time. The girls are almost done with school. Everyone’s doing well. Stu Jackson and David Stern can go suck rocks.

Update: Yes, that was Brian writing. It said Julie originally. And, yes, I think I’m tough.

  1. Yes the NBA can pound sand for sure!!!! Bunch of Hosers……And even worse the Jazz are in the Western Conference Finals……

  2. Mikey

You’re just bitter about last night’s loss–don’t be harpin’ on the Jazz–they have a solid team this year. I’ll stop there before I get you too riled up! GO JAZZ!!!!

  3. Profanity–oh you mean Jazz profanity, that was nothin’. Brian, Cork it! To all the Jazz fans out there–sumpin good gonna happin’! To all the Spurs fans I say, BRING IT! !

  4. Hey Julie I bet a table that whoever wins the Suns Spurs series will beat the Spazz in 5. They beat a terrible Rockets team and beat a worn out and beat down Warriors team….Nothin special. Plus Mehmets double chin rivals mine….

  5. You’re just angry there’s no one Oafy enough to make fun of like years past (Eaton, Ostertag, Big Dog etc…) I’ll bet the ninetendo & I’ll throw in the who–You’re on!

  6. If the Spurs beat the Suns then the Jazz Spurs series will be the most boring event in history. Then you thor in the Rich white dudes in the front 2 rows with the T Shirts 4 sizes too small booing everytime down the court for reasons they dont know and it just becomes too much to watch….That said Spurs in 5! We will take the WHO….

  7. Jazz/Spurs series would be hardly boring, a more suitable word would be Rivoting!

PS Brian’s part of the deal–you can take him. He cancelled our Richmond American Design Center Appointment! Peace Out, Brothah!

  8. Boy, there’s some trash-talkin’ goin’ on here!

The Suns have heart. The Jazz (Spazz – that was funny Mikey) have been surprising. The Spurs are consistent, tough, and pretty boring. That said, if the Suns win tomorrow, I think they will win the NBA title behind the Nash Rambler. And we’ll take the table, the Who (playmate for Liza), and Brian (he can make the living while I homeschool our kids and Jana has fun). Jana says to keep the Nintendo.

Elcock-a-doodle-doo! In Moab we’ll see you!

  9. We’ll just have to let history play out! I like you’re communal/homeschool living idea, Sean (Kumbayah). As for the trash-talkin’ and Mikey–Like I told you over the phone yesterday, Midder–I should have beat you up when I had a chance 10+years ago–I am still scrapy though–ask Brian! See you guys soon–I’ll bring the Brass Knuckles, Jolt, & Sock’em Boppers!

  10. Ah, rats! Hopefully next year for the Suns. If the Jazz topple San Antonio you can color me impressed.

I’m getting my rafting gear ready…be afraid. Be very afraid.

  11. I’m crushed and sorry that all of you Jazz fans felt so persecuted here in Arizona!!!! Between Gig and Ryan Steele, it proves that Spazz fans live in a fools paradise. I had no idea we were so hard on you that you felt you couldn’t voice your opinions, even though they were based on pie in the sky assumptions. We’ll take the Who and the other three, and you can have the table and Brian!!! See you in Moab for the final showdown. Some of us should be eating our words by then (probably me)
    Love to all, Dad

  12. This is getting ridiculous. The Suns got hosed. They lost. Nobody’s taking the Who or anyone else. Mikey, you might need to sell that table. Sorry, Julie, but I’m staying with you no matter what. Dad, you need to watch it with the comments. They don’t always go over as cleverly as you probably think they do. Sarcasm doesn’t transfer well in a blog, as I’ve been told a few times. Everyone needs to zip it. You’re all in trouble in Moab. Sean will be the first one thrown overboard.
